Our Performance Management System consists of three programs. The first is a Business Life Cycle/Strategy Assessmentthat focuses on where the organization is currently in terms of its business life cycle as well as defining the optimum strategy moving forward. The next phase is the development of Corporate Scorecards/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are aligned with strategy and relevant to the overall success of the organization. The final component is Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) which allows the organization to effectively and efficiently manage capital deployment around initiatives, projects and resources across the enterprise in successfully achieving its overall strategy.
When complete with the Business Life Cycle/Strategy Assessment phase the organization will have a clearly defined mission and vision supported by a strategy that is in line with the corporate life cycle including supporting and relevant strategic objectives.
Upon completion of the next phase the organization will have established Corporate Scorecards/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These key measurables and metrics not only focus on historical performance but more importantly provides navigational guidance around future performance of the organization. Once completed these metrics will be cascaded down to the employee level.
In the final phase of Enterprise Portfolio Management the organization will utilize business cases as the basis for prioritizing projects/initiatives based on key measures such as return on investment (ROI) as well as less tangible measures such as overall mission criticality. A consolidated dashboard of these projects/initiatives will also provide real time guidance regarding overall progress including budget and on-time delivery. Finally a formalized process including key deliverables will be provided to facilitate prioritization as well as methodology for introducing new projects/initiatives into the process.
We also provide key deliverables and knowledge transfer to internal company resources during every phase of the process to ensure effective communication, dissemination and management of all outputs upon completion of each of these programs.
